These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, platforms, and APIs provided by Bloxcross Inc. ("Bloxcross," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bloxcross provides digital assets infrastructure including mass payments processing, institutional digital treasury management, and AI agent payment services. Our services are intended for use by businesses, institutions, and developers integrating our platforms into their applications.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services to process transactions related to illegal activities, evade sanctions or regulatory requirements, or interfere with the security or integrity of our platforms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fees for our services are described in the applicable pricing documentation or your enterprise agreement. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloxcross shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
